SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz opens office in Munich

SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz, one of the most reputable German commercial law firms, will open a new office in Munich on 1 April 2019. The new office in the Bavarian capital is the fourth office of SZA, in addition to Mannheim, Frankfurt am Main and Brussels.

SZA partners Dr. Max Hirschberger, Dr. Peter Bauschatz and Dr. Stefan Zeyher will be located in the Munich office. The range of advice offered at its new premises includes, in particular, corporate law, M&A, tax law, real estate law, restructuring as well as litigation and arbitration.

Hirschberger most recently advised the Frankfurt airport operator Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide on the sale of its stake in Hannover Airport to the British infrastructure fund iCON and two investor consortia put together by Neo Capital Ltd, London and Dubai on the purchase of an office building in Eschborn by way of a share and forward deal. Bauschatz and Zeyher advised, inter alia, the BÜSCHL Group on the acquisition of premises at Arnulfstraße in Munich and in Schorn from the trust fund of Deutsche Post AG. Bauschatz also advised the HOFFMANN Group on the transformation of the group parent company from Hoffmann AG into Hoffmann SE and the intragroup spin-off of the logistics operations in Nuremberg. "In view of our close client relationships in the region, the opening of our Munich office was the next logical step in our expansion and growth strategy of recent years," emphasized Senior Partners Dr. Jochem Reichert and Dr. Georg Jaeger. "We are delighted to be even closer to our clients in the Munich area", added Max Hirschberger, Peter Bauschatz and Stefan Zeyher.
