Serpil Dilbaz, LL.B. advises and represents national and international clients, primarily on matters of intellectual property law, information technology law, data protection law and commercial law. Furthermore, she advises and represents our clients in out-of-court conflicts as well as in disputes before public courts. Serpil Dilbaz, LL.B. has also expertise in the fields of media law.
Serpil Dilbaz, LL.B. advises and represents national and international companies both in and out of court, with a focus on intellectual property law, information technology law and data protection law.
She also advises companies (especially startups) in the areas of distribution, GTC and general contract law.
She works on general terms and conditions, license, development and distribution agreements as well as NDAs and data protection policies.
Furthermore, she provides support in M&A transactions and advises and represents our clients in out-of-court conflicts as well as in disputes before public courts.
Serpil Dilbaz was a docent for the German Journalists' Association and is author of several publications in her field of expertise.
