Lukas Kleinert

Lukas Kleinert supports his clients on all aspects of intellectual property and competition law. He is a member of the Dispute Resolution and Commercial practice group.

Mr Kleinert advises domestic and foreign companies as well as wealthy private clients in all aspects of intellectual property law, competition law and IT law. As a member of the Dispute Resolution and Commercial practice group, Mr Kleinert deals with all questions of contract and product liability law and represents companies in and out of court.

As a litigator and commercial lawyer, Mr Kleinert is solution-oriented and strives to resolve conflicts in an efficient manner – where appropriate and necessary in court.

Mr Kleinert accompanies transactions and drafts all kinds of contracts, including license agreements, framework agreements, software development and distribution agreements. Furthermore, he contractually structures general and project-related corporate collaborations.
