Dr. Jakob Groh, LL.M. (Northwestern)
Jakob specialises in corporate law and dispute resolution. He represents clients in contentious situations and in their anticipation, involving various legal areas, including commercial law.
Jakob combines expertise in corporate law advisory with extensive experience in resolving business law disputes. He provides comprehensive advice to national and international clients on contentious corporate matters, particularly in relation to shareholder disputes and related issues, and represents their interests before state courts and arbitral tribunals. Another focus of his work revolves around the drafting and, where necessary, litigious enforcement of complex contractual arrangements in a corporate law context and beyond, particularly in commercial law and M&A.
Alongside his legal work, Jakob regularly publishes in legal journals and lectures in group and corporate law at Mannheim Business School (Mannheim Master of Accounting and Taxation).
