SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz, led by Partner Dr. Florian Schumacher, advises EGA GmbH on the development and sale of a commercial and industrial area in Alzey.

The new commercial and industrial area in Alzey, Rhineland-Palatinate, will be home to companies such as the American pharmaceutical company Eli Lilly. EGA GmbH is responsible for developing the area and selling the land.
