SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz partner Marc-Philippe Hornung advises Joseph Dresselhaus GmbH & Co. KG on self-administration proceedings
Joseph Dresselhaus GmbH & Co. KG, headquartered in Herford, has filed for insolvency proceedings under self-administration with the Local Court of Bielefeld. The court has granted the application and ordered preliminary self-administration. The aim of the proceedings is the sustainable economic and structural reorganization of the group of companies. Business operations will continue without restriction.
To implement the court-approved restructuring process, Marc-Philippe Hornung, partner at SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz, has been appointed to the management board of the Dresselhaus Group. As part of the self-administration process, all available restructuring options will be explored in order to realign the company and secure the long-term future of the Dresselhaus Group. Self-administration enables the necessary transformation process to be implemented in a structured and expedited manner while safeguarding the interests of creditors.
