Dr. Kristin Ullrich

Dr. Kristin Ullrich is a Counsel in the Mannheim Office of Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz and member of the Corporate and Litigation team. She advises a wide range of companies in all fields of corporate law, with a particular emphasis on stock corporation law and the law of limited liability Companies and has many years of experience in the areas of regulatory compliance, internal investigations and corporate governance law. A further focus is judicial representation in shareholder disputes and in manager liability cases. As a business mediator (MuCDR), she is specialized in extrajudicial conflict resolution. Her publications include various articles in corporate and litigation law. Dr. Kristin Ullrich is a lecturer on corporate law as part of the lawyer education trainee program.
