Philipp Herrmann advises and represents national and international clients mainly in the areas of distribution, general terms and conditions and general contract law. He also advises on issues of intellectual property law, IT law and data protection law. His work includes the review and drafting of supply, distribution, licensing and development agreements as well as NDAs and data protection notices. Philipp Herrmann also advises and represents clients in out-of-court conflicts as well as in litigation before public courts.
