Dr. Jonas Fischbach advises companies and their directors and officers in all areas of Corporate Law.

His main focus lies in the areas of Corporations and Compliance. He specializes in issues of Corporate Governance and Director Liability and regularly advises on the drafting of employment contracts and severance agreements with senior management. In addition, Dr. Fischbach advises in M&A transactions and restructurings.

He is also a lecturer and author on Corporate Law issues.
