Tanja practices in the field of dispute resolution. As a specialist lawyer for international business law, she advises and represents clients in commercial disputes of all kinds.
Tanja is a specialist lawyer for international business law, focusing on advising and representing domestic and international companies on product liability matters as well as contractual issues in the supply chain. She represents clients in both court proceedings and out-of-court dispute resolution—at both the national and cross-border level. In addition to defending against or enforcing (product) liability claims along the supply chain, her practice includes advising on contract drafting as well as providing legal support for the market launch of new products. Furthermore, Tanja provides strategic advice to companies on handling (safety-related) product defects and non-conformities—including the associated criminal law aspects.

- Advising a leading automotive supplier against an automotive manufacturer in defending claims following two international recalls and judicial enforcement of recourse claims against the upstream supplier
- Advising and representing a manufacturer of electric vehicle charging stations in defending contractual claims from a charging infrastructure provider and enforcing payment demands
- Representing an automotive supplier in preliminary injunction proceedings against its supplier due to a delivery stoppage
- Product liability advice to a vehicle manufacturer following the occurrence of engine damage in the field and (judicial) defense against customer claims
- Criminal and civil defense of a recreational vehicle manufacturer regarding alleged non-conformities
- Advising and representing a solar system manufacturer against the solar panel supplier following defective delivery
- Advising and representing a manufacturer of automotive production equipment in enforcing and defending claims following delays and defects in project execution
- Defending an internationally leading automotive manufacturer and a motorhome manufacturer against numerous customer claims in mass litigation proceedings
- Advising an electronics company on product liability and product safety requirements for placing products on the European market
- Advising and representing a food packaging manufacturer in defending claims based on alleged serial defects
- Enforcing recall cost recourse claims of a food manufacturer against the importer of additives
