Philipp Pfeifer advises companies and executives in all areas of individual and collective labor law. In the event of conflicts, he represents his clients’ interests in in all judicial instances. Service agreements for executives and employees as well as the advice in regard of all matters of the Works Constitution Act (Betriebsverfassungsgesetz) are another focus of his practice. His practice further encompasses labor law related advice in M&A transactions.
