Martin advises national and international clients mainly in the areas of corporate law, compliance and internal investigations.
In addition, Martin is active in the area of mergers & acquisitions, advises on matters of capital markets law as well as in corporate disputes. Another focus of his practice lies in advising on corporate governance matters.
