Dr. Ludwig Lüst

Ludwig is a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution practice group.

Ludwig represents domestic and foreign companies as well as wealthy private individuals in court, arbitration and out-of-court disputes. In addition, he supports companies in ongoing corporate law matters.

He also has experience in M&A and private equity, as well as in compliance.

Ludwig is a part-time examiner and creator of examination papers for the First State Examination in Law at the Bavarian State Ministry of Justice.

  • Advising and representing an automotive manufacturer in the legal proceedings to claim damages and recourse against an upstream supplier
  • Advising and representing a manufacturer of electric vehicle charging stations in defending contractual claims from a charging infrastructure provider and enforcing payment demands
  • Advising medium-sized, owner-managed companies on corporate, contractual and insolvency law issues
  • Advising medium-sized companies on M&A transactions
  • Advising financial investors on M&A transactions in the context of corporate insolvency
