Ludwig Lüst

Ludwig supports companies and financial investors on complex M&A transactions, joint ventures and private equity investments.

Ludwig advises both medium-sized companies and financial investors on national and international M&A transactions, including in the field of private equity. In addition, he supports companies in ongoing corporate law matters.

Ludwig is a part-time examiner and creator of examination papers for the First State Examination in Law at the Bavarian State Ministry of Justice.
