Koray Çavuşoğlu
Koray advises domestic and international clients, with a focus on corporate law.
He specializes in providing counsel to supervisory boards concerning matters pertaining to directors' liability as well as corporate governance. Additionally, he represents clients in legal disputes before state courts, arbitration proceedings, and in out-of-court dispute resolution. Due to his research activities, he possesses in-depth knowledge of advising closely-held companies on corporate law, especially regarding questions related to internal organization."
