Dr. Jasper Schönermark
Jasper advises and represents companies in disputes, corporate ventures, internal structuring and transactions (M&A).
A key focus of his legal practice is providing strategic advice and representation to national and international clients in complex negotiations relating to corporate partnerships and ventures, the drafting of contracts in commercial matters, corporate transactions, and in contentious disputes, whether judicial or extrajudicial.
Jaspers expertise lies in commercial and company law, with a focus on issues related to intellectual property law, particularly in areas of technology and asset transfers. He is a regular representative of companies in growth industries (particularly life sciences, food, AI and technology).

- Advising and representing a former group managing director in defending against claims for directors’ and officers’ liability
