Dr. Christoph Wenzel
Christoph advises in the areas of corporate law and dispute resolution.
His practice area includes advising executive and supervisory boards as well as company owners on all questions of corporate law, corporate governance, compliance and corporate transactions. In addition, he advises and represents clients in corporate law disputes.
Christoph is a lecturer at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich. He is also co-author of a major commentary on the German Limited Liability Companies Act (GmbH-Gesetz) and a commentary on European corporate law, and regularly publishes on topics at the intersection of his areas of practice.
