Amira Amer Mahgoub
Amira advises national and international clients in the areas of corporate law and dispute resolution.
Her practice area includes advising companies as well as executive and supervisory boards and shareholders on all aspects of corporate law, corporate governance, compliance and corporate transactions. In addition, she advises and represents clients in corporate law disputes before state courts, arbitration proceedings, and in out-of-court dispute resolution.
