Julius advises domestic and international clients in the areas of corporate law and M&A.
A key focus of his practice is advising companies, as well as their governing bodies and shareholders, on all matters of corporate law, particularly director and officer liability, corporate governance, and capital markets law. In addition, he advises on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
