Dataciders GmbH, a portfolio company of the European private equity investor Rivean Capital, is a leading service provider of Data & AI solutions in the German-speaking region. With over 850 employees and locations in Germany, Austria and Bulgaria, its clients include DAX 40 companies, SMEs, and the public sector.

integration-factory, headquartered in Frankfurt with an additional location in Leipzig, specializes in end-to-end consulting in the field of data and AI with a focus on data integration, advanced analytics, data governance, and master data management. The company primarily concentrates on the financial services, energy, and manufacturing sectors.

With this transaction, Dataciders GmbH expands its service and customer portfolio, its industry expertise, and its presence in Germany and Europe, further advancing the development of the Dataciders Group as a leading platform provider for data and AI in German-speaking countries.

Following the acquisition of Prodato Integration Technology GmbH and ROITI OOD, this is the third transaction in just over a year in which SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz has comprehensively advised Dataciders GmbH on the contract negotiations and all further legal steps.
