SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz, with a team lead by partners Dr. Nicolas Ott and Jan Friedrichson, has comprehensively advised FUCHS SE on the acquisition of the LUBCON Group.

FUCHS SE, the world's largest independent provider of innovative lubricant solutions, has entered into an agreement to acquire the LUBCON Group. The internationally active LUBCON Group, headquartered in Maintal, comprises various domestic and foreign operating companies and production sites. The group of companies employs more than 200 people worldwide and has many years of experience and expertise in the development, manufacture and sale of high-performance specialty lubricants. With the acquisition, FUCHS intends to further strengthen its product portfolio in the area of specialty lubricant solutions. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
