SZA Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz advises HDI Haftpflichtverband in Connection with the Subscription of a Talanx Bond with a Volume of EUR 750 Million

SZA Schilling Zutt & Anschütz advised HDI Haftpflichtverband der deutschen Industrie V.a.G. on the subscription of a bond issued by Talanx AG with a volume of EUR 750 Million.

The bond was issued in a private placement. The senior unsecured bond is part of a wider financing package of Talanx AG with a total volume of EUR 1.25 bn.

HDI V.a.G. is the largest shareholder of Talanx AG with a stake of c. 79 percent. The Talanx Group is the third largest German, and one of the largest European, insurance groups in terms of premium income. Talanx AG, headquartered in Hannover, is active in more than 175 countries.
