The German Act on the Modernization of Civil Law Partnerships (“MoPeG”) - Need for structuring and adaptation
The Act on the Modernization of Partnership Law (hereinafter referred to as "MoPeG") comes into force on 1 January 2024. This will fundamentally reform the existing regulations for partnerships. The following therefore provides a brief overview of individual key structuring aspects that need to be reconsidered as a result of the MoPeG. (Availabe in German only).
