Valentin Schmid advises clients on fundamental issues of commercial and corporate law, including the preparation of resolutions, the implementation of structural measures, and matters related to directors’ and officers’ liability. He also assists companies and shareholders at the intersection with insolvency law, particularly in conflicts arising from corporate crises and restructuring situations.
