Dr. Wilhelm Wucherer, B.Sc.

Wilhelm focuses on corporate law and dispute resolution.

Wilhelm advises companies, management and supervisory boards as well as company owners in the areas of corporate law, corporate governance as well as corporate transactions and restructuring/insolvency law issues. His practice also includes corporate succession and representation in proceedings in front of state courts and arbitration tribunals in national and international arbitration proceedings.

Mandates

  • Advising large medium-sized and family-owned companies and listed corporations on commercial and corporate law issues as well as contract law matters
  • Advice and legal representation in corporate law disputes, in particular in disputes between shareholders
  • Advising and representing directors and officers in the defense against directors' and officers' liability claims
  • Restructuring of a large listed stock corporation and its subsidiaries within the context of insolvency proceedings conducted under self-administration
  • Corporate, commercial, restructuring and insolvency law advice to directors, supervisory board members, shareholders and creditors
  • Advising company owners on questions of corporate succession, in particular on foundation law
  • Advising and representing a large medium-sized company concerning a contractual dispute in international arbitration proceedings
