Dr. Robert Opris' main areas of legal advice are family and inheritance law as well as the corresponding tax, foundation and corporate law.

Dr. Robert Opris is a Certified Expert Attorney in the Field of Family Law. He advises wealthy individuals, entrepreneur families, managers as well as self-employed entrepreneurs (e.g. medical doctors, performance sportsmen, influencers) on all family law and succession issues including corporate and tax law. He specializes in the drafting of pre- and post-nuptial agreements, wills and articles of association for family businesses. In litigation, he assists in divorces and inheritance disputes. Asset protection and international marital property law are also part of his practice.
