Dr. Nils Meyer-Eller

Nils focuses on corporate and capital markets law, including dispute resolution.

Nils provides advice to national and international clients on all aspects of corporate law, particularly issues relating to corporate governance, compliance, and liability as well as on corporate transactions. He has extensive experience in litigation before national and European courts as well as before arbitral tribunals.

Nils is a lecturer in corporate law at Ludwig Maximilians-University Munich.
