Dr. Christoph Allmendinger, LL.M. (LSE)
Christoph advises companies and investors on Corporate/M&A transactions. His practice centres on three core areas: real estate transactions, infrastructure investments and venture capital.
In the field of real estate, he advises on acquisitions and dispositions of commercial and residential real estate portfolios as well as on project developments. He regularly advises institutional investors, asset managers and developers on complex, cross-border transaction structures.
His infrastructure practice focuses on investments in critical infrastructure assets, including renewable energy projects. He advises investors and project companies across all phases of the transaction, from structuring and due diligence to signing and closing.
In the field of venture capital, he advises investors on financing rounds, growth equity investments and related corporate governance matters.
Across all three practice areas, Christoph draws on more than 14 years of experience in structuring and executing complex, international M&A transactions. He has a particular interest in the insurability of risks arising from M&A transactions and also advises insurers on the underwriting of M&A transactions. He further represents companies and their governing bodies in corporate disputes.
