Lisa is a Certified Specialist in Inheritance Law (Fachanwältin für Erbrecht) and advises family-owned businesses as well as private individuals on business succession and wealth transfer planning, including the related family law aspects. She supports clients in both domestic and international matters, providing strategic legal advice and practical guidance.
Her practice focuses on inheritance and family law, as well as the related areas of tax and corporate law, with a particular emphasis on private international law and cross-border matters. In this context, Lisa structures and implements tailored succession and asset protection solutions, including wills, inheritance agreements, gift agreements, prenuptial and marital agreements, and shareholders' agreements.
In addition to representing heirs, executors, and beneficiaries entitled to compulsory shares in both contentious and non-contentious matters, Lisa also advises and represents clients in family law disputes and divorce proceedings.
Furthermore, Lisa assists clients with applications for German citizenship under the restitution programs of the Federal Republic of Germany, as well as with applications to retain German citizenship while acquiring another nationality.
