Katharina Steinbrück advises national and international clients in all matters of labor law and social security law.
Katharina Steinbrück advises on all questions arising out of individual and collective labor law. She particularly specializes in the field of German industrial relations including the respective arbitration procedures and in the implementation of internal investigations as well as the management of the liability issues connected therewith. Another focus of her practice is labor law related advice in M&A transactions. Her practice further encompasses advice to companies and executive officers on their service relationship.
In the field of social security law, Katharina Steinbrück is particularly specialized in accompanying suspected cases of bogus self-employment and supporting the corresponding proceedings before authorities (German Pension Insurance, Main Customs Office) as well as before the social courts.
