Maximilian Mersch advises medium-sized and listed companies as well as financial investors on national and international M&A transactions, including in the field of private equity. Furthermore, he supports clients in corporate structurings. In 2021, Maximilian Mersch was seconded for eight months to a listed company in the media industry and has particularly advised on venture capital and private equity transactions. Furthermore, Maximilian Mersch has experience in connection with financing transactions as well as various types of corporate finance.
