Dr Cäcilie Lüneborg (36) is based in SZA's Frankfurt office and advises national and international clients in the fields of corporate law, compliance and capital markets law. Her practice particularly includes advice of companies and bodies in connection with corporate governance issues, D&O liability including D&O insurance, the conduct of internal investigations, the implementation of compliance management systems and corporate litigation.
Dr Christoph Allmendinger (40) advises companies and investors on complex international and cross-border M&A transactions, with a particular focus on the real estate industry. His practice also includes legal representation of companies and their bodies in real estate disputes and in corporate disputes. Christoph Allmendinger operates from SZA's Frankfurt and Munich offices.
Dr Philipp Rüppell's (43) practice focuses on dispute resolution. He represents national and international clients in contractual and liability litigation, in matters of corporate litigation and in disputes in connection with insolvency proceedings. Furthermore, he advises defendants in mass litigation proceedings and class actions. Philipp Rüppell is based at SZA's Munich office.
Dr Christina Kasten (39) advises on national and international tax law. Her expertise includes, inter alia, tax advice regarding group tax matters, corporate restructurings and M&A transactions as well as tax audits and tax disputes. Christina Kasten is part of the tax practice group at our Frankfurt office.
