Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz advises DKV Mobility on the Introduction of the DKV Camper Toll Box for ADAC Members

Press Release Corporate Law -

Schilling Zutt & Anschütz has advised DKV Mobility on the expansion of its toll box business, which has been successful in the B2B sector.

DKV Mobility is a leading platform for on-the-road payment solutions in Europe, with around 259,000 active customers in more than 50 service countries. In cooperation with the mobility service provider ADAC SE, DKV Mobility is now offering a European toll box for camper vans weighing 3.5 tons or more for the first time. The toll box works across borders and can already account for eleven toll systems in nine European countries.

ADAC members who own respective camper vans can order the Camper Toll Box online. The toll box is delivered by mail and can be used immediately in the camper van for route-dependent billing of tolls. This gives users free passage on marked lanes at the respective toll stations.

Under the lead of Dr Martin Gross-Langenhoff (Munich/Frankfurt, Corporate Law/M&A (Lead)) and Dr Micha Brechtel (Mannheim, Corporate Law/M&A), a Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz team comprised of Prof Dr Kristian Fischer (Public Law, Mannheim), Dr Stephanie Birmanns (Antitrust Law, Brussels), Alexander Stolz, Dr Pius Dolzer (both Contract Law/GTC, Mannheim), Dr Marcus Schnabelrauch (Tax Law, Mannheim) and Dr Viktoria Winde (Regulatory, Frankfurt) analysed the effects of the business model expansion and assisted in its legal structuring.
