News Press Release Capital Markets Mergers & Acquisitions -

Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz continues its growth path with the addition of M&A and Capital Markets expert Dr. Martin Gross-Langenhoff.

Dr. Martin Gross-Langenhoff joins SZA from international law firm Sullivan & Cromwell. He is dually qualified as a German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) and attorney-at-law (New York) and advises on international M&A transactions, in particular on public takeovers. His past representations include the merger squeeze-out of the remaining minority shareholders of Diebold Nixdorf AG and the merger of US-American industrial gas supplier Praxair with German competitor Linde.

"After many years of working alongside my future colleagues at SZA on various projects I am excited to become a part of SZA's dynamic M&A and Capital Markets team. With its excellent lawyers, SZA is the ideal platform to further grow my practice," states Gross-Langenhoff, who will reinforce SZA’s integrated M&A and Capital Markets teams from its Munich and Frankfurt bases.

SZA Senior Partner Professor Dr. Jochem Reichert commented: "Martin Gross-Langenhoff is a young, up-and-coming transactional lawyer with an impressive track record. Partners Dr Martin Kolbinger (Munich) and Dr Oliver Schröder (Frankfurt), both specializing in cross-border transactions, have joined the firm only last year.

"We are delighted about the positive development and further expansion of our Munich office – and about the collaboration with Martin Gross-Langenhoff," says Dr. Max Hirschberger, Partner at SZA's Munich office. The Munich office was opened in 2019 and is the law firm's fourth office. Dr. Martin Gross-Langenhoff will reinforce the team led by Partners Dr. Max Hirschberger, Dr. Peter Bauschatz, Dr. Stefan Zeyher and Dr. Martin Kolbinger.
