Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz wins over renowned corporate lawyer

From Juli 2011, Christian Gehling (51) and his team will enhance the Frankfurt-based office of Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz. “We are delighted to win over such an excellent and highly renowned lawyer as Christian Gehling for one of our traditional core areas”, the senior partners Prof. Dr. Jochem Reichert and Georg Jaeger declared. Together with Christian Gehling, attorneys Dr. Christoph Nolden (36), Dr. Barnim von den Steinen (33) and Dr. Jürgen Aschoff (32) will move to Schilling, Zutt & Anschütz.
Since 1992, Christian Gehling has been focusing on advising publically listed companies, M&A transactions and boardroom advice. He worked as a lawyer and partner in national and international law firms in Düsseldorf and Frankfurt. The professional magazine "JUVE" considers him one of the ten leading partners in corporate law in Germany. The magazine "Handelsblatt" lists him among the top commercial lawyers in Germany.
