Heino Rück advises German and international clients on corporate law, group law and with respect to public and private M&A. His practice entails advice to corporations and board members on corporate governance, compliance and liability. Furthermore, Heino Rück advises and represents clients in litigation and arbitration, primarily relating to corporate law and post M&A disputes. Heino Rück is the chairman of the supervisory board of dm-drogerie markt Verwaltungs-GmbH.
