Dr. Max Hirschberger, LL.M. (U.o.M. Ann Arbor)

Dr. Max Hirschberger (partner) works in the areas company law, M&A (including real estate transactions) and restructuring. Initially he was the head of the legal department of BMW AG. As a member of the Group Executive Board of Deutsche Telekom AG, he was then responsible for the areas strategy, legal matters, organization and revision. Since 2003, Dr. Max Hirschberger has been active as an attorney in Frankfurt and, together with his team, has extensive experience in his areas of legal expertise based on a great number of transactions with national and international clients. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Regensburg.
