Dr. Stephan Harbarth, LL.M. (Yale)

Dr. Stephan Harbarth practices in the areas of corporate law, M&A, litigation and arbitration as well as capital markets law. He is a lecturer at the University of Heidelberg and the author of numerous publications on corporate and capital markets law (inter alia co-author of the Münchener Kommentar on the Limited Liabilities Act (GmbHG) and a leading commentary on the German Securities Acquisitions and Takeover Act (WpÜG)). Dr. Stephan Harbarth is counted by JUVE among the rising stars (up to 40 years) in corporate law in the German market and by Legal500 among recommended lawyers.
